BAP means Bonus Add Points. When you join paidverts you get 16 adds Each of 25 BAP for 8 days. And then the no. of add reduces to 8.

The value of each BAP is $0.0005 which means for the first 8 days you earn $0.20 per day.

When and how will BAP convert in money ?

There is no time frame that when the BAP will convert in money but once they do, you have 18 hours to view the add.

Please note that the points will not convert automatically, you will have to login again on the same day, and then you will find your BAP converted into paid adds, then you will have to click those adds, then you will be funded, it is not an automatic system, i recommend after 5 hours after you have clicked the BAP adds.

So now what ?

Now click your BAP adds everyday, login again on the same day to click on the paid adds, and keep doing this till you get $1. After you get $1, buy a add, this will give you 3100 BAP which is equal to $1.55, yes you read that right. You buy add for $1 and get $1.55 in return.

Keep doing the same thing. Don't cashout soon, When you buy adds worth $50 or so you will have $75. Cash out the $25 and buy more adds again using the $50. This is my strategy and i have been doing the same.

Lets talk about the nature of child.

The nature of a child who is 18-19 depends totally on the nature of his parents when he was 5-12 these are tender ages. The child grasps or develops the same habits in himself when he /she is young. his behavior or attitude towards everything depends on the way he saw things around him at a tender age. For say, if you are an angry parent, you always stay angry and get pissed off at little things, then a greater possibility is, that your child, will be likewise, that is he too will get angry very soon, and get irritated with small things.

What should you do ?
See, when a child is at tender age, he needs to be treated with extra care, for the behavior you show towards him will be his attitude towards other in future. So, try not to fight in front of your child,. If he does a mistake instead of thrashing him, or scolding him, sit down with him and tell the ills of the thing he did. Make him understand why the thing is not good.

Though every parent want their her child to be a wise, charming, and famous human being, but what it takes is turning him up like that i.e. boosting him up with confidence, helping him overcome his difficulties, understanding his problems and being a friend.See there are some things about which a child isn't comfortable to talk about with his parents.

For that let me give you advice, ask your child to write down if he is uncomfortable to talk about something and keep it on the table, tell him you won't say anything, when he does so, you reply him in the same way, don't go and confront, if you do that he will never tell you something like that. If you want your child to tell you everything do this. It really will help.
